Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of two years of experience in sales or account representation is required, with a focus in media monitoring or system information.
- Proficiency in English is preferred.
- Proven ability to sustain customer connections by finding sales opportunities, making presentations to new clients, and achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, selling and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in media monitoring and IT sectors.
- Contact client leads, schedule meetings, and prepare presentations (e.g. dashboard account, analyst report, proposal, etc.).
- Promote and sell products/services to prospective clients, providing management with a monthly report.
- Show exceptional negotiating and communication skills, attending to customer demands and resolving issues.
- Build and maintain positive business and client relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and outcomes on time.
- Provides management with information on client requests, issues, interests, competing actions, and prospects for new products and services.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with both new and existing clients.
