As an HR Partner - Recruitment Intern you will support recruitment, talent management, and organizational growth initiatives. This role combines traditional HR responsibilities with strategic tasks to support the company's market presence and business expansion efforts.
? Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage candidates through job boards, social media, and outreach platforms.
- Recruitment Support: Post job openings, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews with senior HR staff.
- Candidate Communication: Manage follow-ups and maintain positive candidate experiences.
- Onboarding Assistance: Support new employee integration and documentation.
- Market and Opportunity Research: Assist with research to identify growth opportunities and trends.
- Stakeholder Outreach: Help engage potential clients, partners, and external contacts to explore collaboration opportunities.
? Qualification:
- Candidates currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field are highly preferred.
- Exceptional proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate and communicate in a professional setting.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to support daily tasks and projects.
- A genuine interest in Human Resources and enthusiasm for contributing to company growth initiatives and people-oriented strategies.
- Ability to deliver accurate, high-quality work while managing multiple tasks effectively. - Open to learning, receptive to feedback, and eager to grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
