Receptionist
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree any majors
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar receptionist or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill, with a professional attitude and great customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritize effectively
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with a willingness to pitch where needed
- Fluently speaking in English
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and welcoming clients, visitors and employees in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage calss, answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
- Maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
