Technical Consultant Responsibility : > Responsible for implementing and providing support for the Odoo Enterprise Resource Planning system for the company. He will analyze the system and work directly with users and management to define system requirements, design and propose solutions, coordinate with the system vendor and third party for new project implementations and provide first-line support to employees. > Responsible for the day-to-day administration of the ODOO ERP system including user and key master data management. > Responsible for providing training for new users, as well as providing training for new features being rolled out. > Provide first-line support to the users and will also liaise with the system vendor to troubleshoot and resolve more serious issues requiring external intervention. > Responsible to collect from the users and management new business requirements and map them into specific requests to be coordinated with the system vendor. > Follow up with the system vendor on the ongoing projects and ensure the timely implementation of all deliverables. > Follow up and coordinate with new customers for integrations with the ERP system. Communicate the API and testing specifications to other parties involved in the integration. > Follow up and coordinate with different parties to ensure the timely deployment of the integration and go live on the agreed-upon dates. Technical Consultant Requirements: > Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Engineering, or similar field, or equivalent work experience. > 2-3 years professional experience in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent. > Experience with Odoo. > Experience with multiple operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.), databases (SQL, Oracle, etc.), and programming languages (Pyhton, Javascript, CSS, Postgresql, etc). > Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent. > Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. > Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. > Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. > Strong project management skills. > Ability to work independently and with a team. > Exceptional written and verbal communication skills > Industry-specific functional knowledge. > Creative thinking and outside-the-box problem solving. > Can Join ASAP. > Full Time WFO (Working From Office) at Ciputat, Tangerang Selatan.
