We are urgently seeking a qualified Administration and Reporting Staff to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and preparing accurate reports to support daily operational activities.
Qualifications:
- Female, maximum age 35 years.
- Minimum Diploma III (Associate Degree) in Administration, Management, Accounting, or other relevant disciplines.
- Good command of English; fluent in spoken and proficient in written communication.
- Computer literate, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with good attention to detail.
- Able to prepare reports, maintain accurate records, and manage documentation systematically.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Well-organized, disciplined, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Experience in administrative or reporting roles will be an advantage.
