Responsibility: Overseeing and managing various legal aspects of the company. This includes permit & licensing matters, monitoring contracts and compliance, liaising with government, tenants, and stakeholders. Providing assistance to the company regarding legal business development to ensure compliance with laws and regulations. ✍ Requirements: • Law degree from a reputable institution will be preferred • 2-4 years of experience as a legal staff/ corporate legal/ in-house legal • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written • Proven skill in drafting, reviewing, researching, analysis, and giving advice in legal matters. Familiarity in handling multilayered aspects would be an advantage such as utilities, land, investment, manpower, taxation, etc • Fast learner, having good skill in critical thinking, negotiation, problem solving, communication, with good character of personalities • Having certificate PERADI, PKPA, or UPA will be an advantage • Willing to onsite working at Bintan, Kepulauan Riau ?
